- NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR OPEN A, B, C PLAYERS.

RULES
Open tournaments A, B, and C are rated events for the standard FIDE ELO rating. Players arriving more than 60 minutes late will forfeit their game.
The FIDE Blitz tournament is a rated event for the FIDE Blitz ELO rating.
Participation in the Blitz tournament is optional for players registered in the Open A, B, and C tournaments. Registration for the Blitz tournament is free for these players.
Registration for the Blitz tournament for players not registered in the Open A, B, and C tournaments is €15.00.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited, except in designated smoking areas.
All players are prohibited from bringing any electronic devices into the playing room.
All players must have a valid 2025 membership card at the start of the first round. A competitive membership card is required for the Open A, B, and C tournaments, while an ordinary membership card is sufficient for the FIDE Blitz.
By participating in the tournament, players consent to the publication of their personal data name, rating, game, results and images on the organizer’s website and social media.
By registering, players agree to abide by these regulations.
No registration fee for Grandmasters (GM), International Masters (IM), Woman Grandmasters (WGM), and Woman International Masters (WIM).
Prizes cannot be combined.
Winners must be present at the award ceremony to claim their prize.
HALF-POINT BYE
Each player may request a half-point bye (a round without playing) once, excluding the last two rounds, as long as they meet the conditions outlined in the tournament’s general regulations.
WILD CARDS
8 special invitations will be awarded for Open A and B. Requests must be submitted by August 2, 2025, and will be considered based on ELO rating and the order of receipt.. The organization reserves the right to make the final decision.
PAIRINGS
The Swiss system will be used for pairings.
TIEBREAKS
In case of a tie, the following criteria will be used in order: REP, Buchholz cut 1, Buchholz total, and ARO.
TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
Open A: 9 rounds, 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
Open B and C: 7 rounds, 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
FIDE Blitz: 9 rounds, 5 minutes + 3 seconds increment per move
For any situation not covered by these regulations, the official rules of chess and the tournament’s general regulations will apply
